Hi, I’m Vanessa — stylist, visual storyteller, and founder of The Huntress.

Originally from Australia and now based in Finland, my work is shaped by a deep appreciation for creativity, individuality, and the emotional relationship we have with clothing. Years spent travelling and living internationally exposed me to a wide range of cultures, aesthetics, and ways of dressing, expanding my understanding of personal style beyond trends alone.

I approach styling as a balance between practicality, identity, and visual expression. Through colour, silhouette, texture, and proportion, I help clients build wardrobes that feel refined, wearable, and deeply personal.

Whether working with private clients or on editorial and commercial projects, my focus is always the same: creating style that feels intentional, effortless, and true to the individual wearing it.

My background in both personal and commercial styling has given me a strong foundation in colour analysis, silhouette, wardrobe building, and creating thoughtful seasonal dressing for different lifestyles and budgets.

Over time, my relationship with clothing, identity, and self-expression has continually shifted alongside changes in lifestyle, priorities, and personal growth. Rebuilding and refining my wardrobe during these transitions taught me how deeply clothing can influence confidence, presence, and the way we move through the world.
